2. SMS Messaging Program
Lakewood Med Spa offers an SMS messaging program to send appointment confirmations, reminders, post-visit follow-ups, and wellness updates to patients who have opted in.

Program Description: Appointment reminders, confirmations, post-visit follow-ups, and wellness updates sent to opted-in patients.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
Opt-In: You consent to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number and checking the consent box during the booking or intake process.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and most major US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
3. Appointment Policies
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Deposits: Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
Late Arrivals: Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. We will make every effort to accommodate you.
